Where do you deliver?

We offer secure, nationwide delivery across all of Bangladesh. We partner with top-tier courier services (such as Pathao, RedX, and Steadfast) to ensure your products arrive safely to your doorstep.
How long will my order take to arrive?

For deliveries inside Dhaka, you can expect your package within 1 to 3 business days. For locations outside Dhaka, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the exact district.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. You can also securely pre-pay via Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad) or using major Credit/Debit cards through our integrated secure payment gateway.

Returns & Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can only accept cancellations or changes within a short time window. If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp to request a change.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
