• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent before the package can be opened or tested.
• We reserve the right to require partial or full advance payment for high-value orders or deliveries to remote areas outside Dhaka.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery within Dhaka generally takes 1-3 business days, while outside Dhaka delivery takes 3-5 business days. Delays caused by political unrest, extreme weather, or logistical partner issues are outside our control, though we will always endeavor to keep you informed of any disruptions.
